Crispy Roasted Garlic Parmesan Potatoes (Steakhouse Side)

Ingredients
2 lbs baby Yukon gold potatoes (halved)
3 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup grated parmesan
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and seasoning.
Arrange cut-side down on baking sheet.
Roast 30–35 minutes until golden and crispy.
Sprinkle parmesan during last 5 minutes of cooking.
Finish with parsley before serving.
