Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings
1 tbsp baking powder (NOT baking soda)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Instructions
Pat wings completely dry.
Toss with baking powder and seasoning.
Place on rack over baking sheet.
Bake at 425°F for 45–50 minutes, flipping halfway.
Result: crispy skin without frying.
