Homemade crispy baked chicken wings

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings

  • 1 tbsp baking powder (NOT baking soda)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Pat wings completely dry.

  2. Toss with baking powder and seasoning.

  3. Place on rack over baking sheet.

  4. Bake at 425°F for 45–50 minutes, flipping halfway.


Result: crispy skin without frying.
